Saturday project

Johan and I took on the wall decal project 

Saturday evening and had so much fun working together on it!

(not a single argument)  YAY

It went very smoothly and took us a couple of hours to complete it.

 - it came in many many pieces

 afterward, we were rewarded with a LARGELY electrostatic storm system

of which Johan sat out in the garage and took photos until dark.

Water Carnival Fun

This year we got a bit more involved with the Water Carnival in our town.

Johan competed in the Hot Dog Eating Contest

Zian & Adon brought their teddy bears to the Teddy Bear concert

in the Park and danced with them

 they also enjoyed a few rides
& we attended the BIG Parade Sunday afternoon,
in which to our demise, we collected too much candy, of course. ;)

and Adon FINALLY has learned how to steer

looks pretty fast to me...

but she loved it

I just ordered this in different colors for my 15' high living room wall.  

I am so excited to get it and put it up!

I am starting a Fine Art Series of my photographs 

which I hope to sell someday and use as part of our own Home Decor.

Up North We Go

Our family traveled up to Thief River Falls to visit my brother &
his wife at their new home last weekend.

Our time there was relaxing
and it was fun catching up with eachother.
