An {Easter} Story

This year we did something different for our kids

to emphasize what Easter is all about.

They searched grandma & grandpa's yard (and house)

for clues hidden inside the plastic eggs from last year...

for an ultimate prize at the end

a cross for each of them!

(and yes, it was chocolate) :)

Too often we find ourselves

focusing on the wrong things in life..

looking past what really matters

to the circumstances that engulf our very being for the moment

when what really matters 

and takes us through every struggle of daily life

is right in front of us.

It's so simple,

yet so hard.
