raw meat anyone?

Johan made almost an entire deer into venison BILTONG...
a.k.a hanging raw slabs of deer meat that has been soaked overnight in vinegar, salt and spices up in a warm dry room which results in a South African jerky "biltong"



this is how our front porch looked for a couple weeks during deer hunting....
it did not smell very nice (bloody meat smell is not the best way to attract a buyer) :-0

I love jerkey... all jerkey... and salt... and vinegar.

But the smell? I'm happy it was at your house, not mine!

We are trying to sell too... but no buyers have been looking so we wouldn't have upset anyones senses here!

And your brothers... in the post with the Wii. I have not seen either of those two in ... well... ages. They look like they are doing well.
